By accessing or using StockAudioSpots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Billing

StockAudioSpots offers multiple subscription plans with varying credit limits and features. See our pricing page for current plan details and pricing.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Pay-per-ad credits are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• Generation limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Audio Content

• You retain all rights to your ad scripts and creative content.
• Generated audio is licensed to you for commercial use, including broadcast on radio, podcasts, streaming platforms, and digital media.
• AI voice usage is subject to ElevenLabs' terms of service.

AI-Generated Content

Audio ads and scripts generated by our platform use AI models and are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before broadcast or publication. Generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StockAudioSpots to:

• Create content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Generate hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence.
• Impersonate individuals or organizations without authorization.
• Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam using generated audio.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.

Intellectual Property

StockAudioSpots, its templates, UI, and branding are the intellectual property of StockAudioSpots. Our ad templates are provided for use within the platform. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the templates themselves.

Limitation of Liability

StockAudioSpots is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Privacy & Data settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StockAudioSpots after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
