When you use StockAudioSpots, we collect information in the following categories:
- Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials managed through AWS Cognito.
- Project data: Ad templates, scripts, variable inputs, voice selections, and generated audio files you create on the platform.
- Payment metadata: Subscription plan, billing history, and payment status processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles this directly.
- Analytics data: Page views and usage patterns collected via Google Analytics, only with your consent.
- Research URLs: When you use AI client research, the URL you provide is fetched and analyzed by Anthropic Claude to generate ad recommendations.
How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: Creating and managing your ad projects, generating audio, and delivering files.
- Audio generation: Sending your script text to ElevenLabs for text-to-speech conversion.
- Billing: Processing subscriptions and one-time purchases via Stripe.
- Analytics: Understanding usage patterns to improve the platform (only with your consent).
- Admin alerts: Sending internal email notifications about platform activity via AWS SES.

Cookies & Local Storage
StockAudioSpots uses browser local storage for authentication tokens (managed by AWS Cognito) and your cookie consent preference. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set when you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
- Audio files: Stored in S3 until the associated project or account is deleted.
- Payment records: Retained as required by law, even after account deletion.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access & export: Download all your data from Privacy & Data settings.
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from Privacy & Data settings.
- Consent withdrawal: Change your cookie preferences at any time from the Cookie Policy page or Privacy & Data settings.
Children's Privacy
StockAudioSpots is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
